My room, labeled as non-smoking, had an unmistakable scent of cigarettes that didn’t sit well. The kitchen appliances lacked functionality. the refrigerator was not working and was dirty, making any food storage a hassle. Additionally, the restaurant on-site only serves as a buffet, which means if you're not hungry, you're out of luck. The noise from the pool area echoed into the room, particularly bothersome when you request quiet accommodations. There were also notable cleanliness issues, including stained curtains and blankets that felt incredibly old.

The family suite we stayed in was spacious, making it easy for us to relax together after our adventures.

For dads, it would be great if there was more kid-friendly dining.
